Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Uncooked rice noodles
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang paste
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Mixed bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrots

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil noodles per package; drain and rinse.
  2. Whisk gochujang, hoisin, soy, lime, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in skillet on high.
  4. Sauté peppers, cabbage, carrots for 1 min.
  5. Add noodles and sauce; toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onions/sesame seeds.

Notes

Rinse noodles cold to prevent sticking. Use cornstarch slurry for extra sauce. Add protein for a full meal.
