Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Swirl the caramel sauce into the mixture to create ribbons.
  4. Pour the mixture into a standard loaf pan and cover tightly.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop and garnish with extra caramel before serving.

Notes

For the best results, ensure your heavy cream is extremely cold before you begin whipping. This helps trap the air bubbles that create a light, velvety texture. Be careful not to overmix after adding the condensed milk to keep the mixture airy.
