- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and spices (salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper), cooking until the meat is fully browned and crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease, if necessary.
- Make the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle juice, relish, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble the burger bowls, start with a base of lettuce, then add the cooked beef and your desired toppings (cheese, tomatoes, pickles, onions, avocado).
- Finish with a generous drizzle of the special sauce and enjoy!
