Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz canned tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Taste and adjust as needed.
  2. Add the drained tuna, chopped celery, and green onions. Stir to combine.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes for the flavors to really combine if possible. Serve chilled.
