Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Cilantro stems and all
  • 1-2 Limes juiced
  • 1-2 Jalapeños stem removed
  • 5-10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise Hellman's or Duke's preferred

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • Squeeze Bottle
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Place the cilantro (stems included), lime juice, jalapeños, garlic cloves, and mayonnaise into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and turns a uniform light green color.
  3. Pour the sauce into a squeeze bottle or airtight jar.
  4. Refrigerate immediately; flavors will meld as it sits.

Notes

Remove jalapeño seeds for milder heat. Use avocado oil mayo for Paleo/Whole30 compliance. Add extra lime juice if sauce is too thick.
