Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Cook rotini pasta, drain, and rinse under cold water. Cool completely.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small pan; add garlic powder and stir 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove and cool.
  3. Dice chicken and chop lettuce.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce.
  5. Drizzle with garlic oil and Caesar dressing.
  6. Add Parmesan and toss well.
  7. Top with croutons, salt, and pepper. Serve.
