- Cook rotini pasta, drain, and rinse under cold water. Cool completely.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan; add garlic powder and stir 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove and cool.
- Dice chicken and chop lettuce.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce.
- Drizzle with garlic oil and Caesar dressing.
- Add Parmesan and toss well.
- Top with croutons, salt, and pepper. Serve.
