Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until golden (5-6 mins). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add orzo and toast for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth and milk. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Lower heat and melt in the cheddar cheese.
- Return chicken to the pan, mix well, and serve.

Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a faster meal. Fresh broccoli provides better texture than frozen. If sauce is too thick, splash in extra broth.
