Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • Olive oil spray for spraying

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  4. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
